We wanted to update you on our COVID-19 check-in process for appointments and medication/food refill/pick-up.
Our lobby is open to the public at this time. Please note we are closed daily from 12:15 pm to 12:45 pm to allow staff to have a lunch break.
We no longer require you to call when you arrive for your appointment. We are no longer requiring clients to wear a mask – it is optional. We would still like you to call ahead of time for medication, flea & tick, and heartworm prevention so we can get it ready for you. When you are here for medication pick-up, please come in; you do not need to call us when you are here.
The one restriction we do have is that we are still allowing one adult (no children at this time) to come in for the appointment. There can be exceptions to this; please speak to staff prior to your appointment.
We are requesting that anyone who is feeling ill or has been exposed to COVID-19 refrain from coming in. Please feel free to call and cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance if possible. We can do curbside if needed.
